Highlights

Year 3 and 4 Play

Last night we were treated to the spectacular Year 3 and 4 Musicals, Minotaur and Looking Good Robin Hood. The children were so excited to share all of their hard work from over the last term and celebrate their acting and singing. It was an incredible evening full of laughter, fun and amazing talent. Huge thank you to all the parents who have been working hard at home to learn lines and put costumes together. We couldn’t have done it without you! Well done Year 3 and Year 4! Huge thanks and congratulations to Miss Travis and Miss Fourie for putting on these wonderful shows.

Photos are available to download from the Parent Portal. Please do not share photos online, including social media. We will include the video link in next week’s newsletter.

Citizenship Trip

Our Citizenship trip to Richmond Park helped to educate the class on the importance of keeping safe but in a fun, interactive and engaging way. Year 6 were brilliant at listening and following instructions, helping them to learn some valuable lessons; the class were fully absorbed in collecting evidence to investigate a car accident with a cyclist and gained skills to use when confronted with stranger danger situations. We were proud of the class in how well they interacted and behaved during all of the activities!

Eco Club - Litter Picking

In Eco Club this week, children took to the streets of Kew for a litter pick, helping to keep our local area clean and tidy. Jane wrote a thoughtful poem about litter, highlighting the importance of looking after our environment. Well done all!

Palmer House Cake Sale

On Friday 14th March, we enjoyed the Palmer House Raffle and Cake Sale at school in aid of the The Phoenix Project. The total amount raised was £585.80. Thank you to all our bakers and for all the generous raffle prize donations from the Palmer House families and a big thank you to all those who came along and purchased the yummy cakes.

Tag Rugby

The children had a fantastic time playing tag rugby against Radnor last week! It was a great match. A big well done to all the players who have showed impressive skill and determination, making for an exciting and competitive game.

Headmasters Award

Congratulations to all our recipents of the Headmaster’s Award for spring 2.
