We celebrated Chinese New Year in the dining room on 27th January with some delicious Chinese cuisine prepared by our own Chef, Miss Scorer.ย Sweet and Sour Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry were served with rice and noodles, followed by fruit salad and fortune cookies.ย The more adventurous amongst us applied the chopsticks with varying degrees of dexterity!ย We are now in the Year of the Rat in the Chinese zodiac and ‘rats’ are reputed to be quick-witted, resourceful and hard working, all great characteristics to have.
