Stagecoach

Broomfield has hosted a Stagecoach school since 2002.  The current principal, Stephen Guilfoyle took over the running of the Stagecoach Kew School in 2004, taking it from strength to strength.  Many Broomfield children enjoy their Friday and Saturday classes at Stagecoach alongside children from around the area, with the classic Stagecoach mix of singing, acting and dancing.

Many Stagecoach students have gone on to attend vocational degrees at several prestigious drama schools including, The Drama Centre, The Arts Educational School, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and the Guildhall School Of Music & Drama.

Of course, Stagecoach is not just an activity for budding performers its confidence building ethos equips children to progress in all aspects of their lives.

Stagecoach is a wonderful addition to life at Broomfield and we are delighted Stephen continues to choose Broomfield as the home for their excellent school, using our hall and other performance facilities to the full.

Stagecoach Kew can be contacted via their website or Facebook page.

Trinity College, London

Music is a big part of life at Broomfield and so we are delighted that Trinity College London use our school to deliver their music grade examinations to budding musicians in our area and beyond.  Their examiners are able to assess pupils for a wide variety of instruments, from all sections of the orchestra.  We have exam quality pianos available both for the exam and for the pre-exam practice sessions and are sometimes able to assist with an accompanist if necessary.  Exams need to be booked online directly with Trinity College, London: https://musicbooking.trinitycollege.co.uk
