Florence Wrigley-Smith

Trained by Teach First, Mrs Wrigley-Smith has held leadership roles in both senior and prep school settings and at Broomfield, oversees Teaching and Learning. Her experience in state and independent education provides a comprehensive understanding of curriculum design, enabling her to inspire and prepare students effectively for the next stage of their education.

“At the core of my educational philosophy is a firm belief in the power of a curious and inquisitive curriculum within a happy and secure environment. This forms the foundation for preparing children for a future marked by continuous learning and achievement. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where curiosity is nurtured, and students feel secure to explore and learn.”

Outside of school, Mrs Wrigley’s Smith likes to visit historical sites, read historical novels and go on long walks in Richmond with her husband.
