Mrs Pache, who was brought up in London, has over 20 years teaching experience both in the UK and abroad. She manages our Individual Learning Enhancement programme, targeting additional support so every child can develop their talents and strengths. She encourages children to cultivate new skills and to surprise themselves as they explore the entrepreneur inside them for our Enterprise Project, or discover their inner architect as they create imaginative constructions in LEGO Club. She is driven to help children be the best possible version of themselves, finding strategies for handling adversity and the mindset to focus on the positives in life and to grow into happy and kind members of society.

Mrs Pache’s life outside school focuses on friends and family. She loves travel to experience the abundance of other cultures and encountering new corners of the world.
