Mrs Caroline Roberts

CR

Mrs Roberts joined Broomfield House School in January 2026 from King’s College School, Wimbledon, where she held a senior leadership role as Director of Communications, Admissions and Marketing. With over 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing, Mrs Roberts has led strategic admissions and communications initiatives at leading independent schools.

A Durham University graduate originally from Henley-on-Thames, Mrs Roberts has lived in Kew for two decades with her husband and two sons. Mrs Roberts has a longstanding personal connection with Broomfield having previously been a parent at the school. This first-hand understanding of the school’s ethos, community and values combined with her professional experience and passion for community engagement and educational excellence, underpins her commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for current and prospective families throughout their educational journey and supporting the school’s continued growth and reputation.
Outside of work, Mrs Roberts is active in the local community through St Anne’s Church and her book club. She is also a keen walker and recently discovered the joys of ‘langlaufen’. A rower and county-level netball and tennis player in her youth, she was relieved and proud to complete the Kew Gardens 10K, raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society, one of the charities she supports.
