Our school community thrives on the kindness of its members and this week Palmer House is raising funds to support The Phoenix Project in Guatemala. Our big-hearted Palmer children have planned a raffle and, with our Chef’s help, a cake sale.
Hearts of a different kind have featured in the Year 5 curriculum, as they learn about staying healthy and the human body in Science lessons. The class were asked to be as creative as possible in constructing a 3D model of the heart and you can see below that their imaginations were on fire. Creativity is one of our core values and it is great to see it evidenced so strongly.
