As part of their history studies Year 4 enjoyed a lovely day at the Tower of London yesterday.ย The White Tower is a truly impressive example of a Norman Fort and the children had the opportunity to re-enact the Norman invasion and the Battle of Hastings!ย Everyone was amazed at the sheer scale of some of the suits of armour on display.ย Additionally, we were very lucky to see the crown jewels, another highlight in a busy day out.
